LPSL-Air Level Loader
The Air Bag Level Loader is an economical solution for pallet building and work positioning for many applications. The positioner can be disconnected from shop air or a compressor once the airbag is inflated.
As weight is added to the Air Bag Level Loader, it causes the air bag to compress, lowering the height of the platform. As weight is removed, the air bag expand, raising the height of the platform. Once properly calibrated for the maximum load weight using the pressure regulating knob, the lift will automatically stay at an ergonomic height.
Load weight range is 220 lbs. to 4,400 lbs and positions loads between 10.4" and 28". The standard turntable allows for 360° rotation for easy load access. Fork pockets also come standard for repositioning of the air bag level loader. Small base design allows for operator to stand up close to the unit and avoid stretching.
