LPT-MGV Self Propelled Lift Tables
The LPT-MGV is an electric hydraulic scissors lift self propelled by a powered pallet jack that has been modified to have its forks removed. The lift table is hinged to the pallet jack, allowing the power head section to float freely from the lift section. This creates a stable lifting platform by allowing all four lift casters to maintain contact with the floor even in situations where the surface may not be entirely level.
The lift runs off an independent motor and shares electrical power with the pallet jack. Controls for the lift are on a magnetic backed hand pendent control which allows the operator to actuate the lift from any position. The drive circuit is made inactive while the lift is in the raised position in order to ensure maximum load stability. The unit features an onboard automatic charger and battery pack.
The LPT-MGV is built-to-order and can be modified in numerous ways. We can customize the platform shape and size to fit specific applications as well as provide a wide range of top platform options including conveyor, ball transfer, UWMH and stainless steel tops.
