A counter balanced drum lifter/transporter is an efficient way to move heavy and awkward drums. With a unique design, the structure of the lifter works well in compact areas and loading/unloading drums onto pallets or scales. This drum lifter is manually maneuvered between areas. Height adjustments, both raising and lowering, are made manually by utilizing the hydraulic hand pump handle.
