A Plastic Bollard with fillable base is a great alternative to traditional permanent bollards. The plastic units can be filled with a variety of substances for a more stable base or left empty for simple movement. If bollards are contacted the lightweight design minimizes damage to both parties involved, unlike steel bollards.
